Mary Kalb

The Falters Called to Clay

Mrs. Joseph Falter of Ironton was called to Clay in Jackson county, Thursday, December 2 by the sudden death of her mother, Mrs. Mary Kalb, who passed to the Great Beyond Wednesday evening. Mrs. Kalb was past 87 years of age but had been enjoying unusually good health. Wednesday afternoon she went to take her accustomed after dinner nap, and when a member of the family went to call her later, it was discovered that she was dead. Mrs. Falter came up on the morning CH & D train and her husband Jos. Falter, teller in the First National Bank, came up this evening.
