Leah M. Kingrey


Leah M. Kingrey died at her home in Westerville, Oh., Wednesday morning, July 10, 2002, at the age of 96. She was formerly of Sour Run Road of Wellston. She was a Coalton school teacher for 30 years and a member of the Evergreen Church. She was preceded in death by husband Ernest Kingrey; also her parents John C. and Ella Payne Miller; sons John and William; and two sisters, Hazel Reckard and Helen Freeman. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Bette Kingrey; granddaughter, Merrillee (Steve) Goodrich; grandson, William; two great-grandsons, Jason and Ben Kingrey; one great-great-grandson, Zachary Kingrey, all of Westerville; also surviving several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Friday, July 12 at Eisnaugle-Lewis Funeral Home, Jackson, Oh., where funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 13. Burial at the Evergreen Cemetery in Coalton, Oh, with Rev. Roger Cartright officiating.
