Elma E. Kinnison


Elma E. Kinnison, 87, Logan, died Saturday, May 2, 1998, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. Born Nov. 18, 1910, at Nelsonville, daughter of the late Cassius M. and Gladys Corwin Clouston, she was the widow of Max Kinnison, who died in 1953. She was a member of the Church of Christ of south Logan. Surviving are two sons, Leonard (Lynn) Kinnison of Darwin and Richard Kinnison of Logan; two daughters, Mrs. Tom (Louise) Scott of Logan and Mrs. Tom (Jeanne) Wilson of Lancaster; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Conrad Clouston of Haydenville. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lela Mae Kinnison, and a brother, Alfred Clouston. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home with the Rev. David Scott officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Jackson County. Friends may call 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 Tuesday at the funeral home.
