Mary A. Jones

In Memory of Mrs. Mary A. Jones

She was the second daughter of Mr. D.A. and Ann Lloyd. She was born October 8, 1866 in the Moriah settlement in Madison Township and on Friday, March 29, 1912, at 12:05 a.m., she was taken into her Father's Kingdom, aged 45 years, 5 months and 21 days. Her father, D.A. Lloyd, died December 31, 1910. She married on June 15, 1892 to George J. Jones. They had three daughters: Anna Maud (age 19), Gertrude (died age 3 years), Mildred (age 8). Also surviving are a brother, Mr. John C. Lloyd and her mother, Mrs. Ann Lloyd; 3 sisters: Mrs. Dr. Alban of Columbus; Mrs. W.E. Johnson of Jackson, and Mrs. Rev. D. Luther Edwards of Grand Junction, Colorado. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery.
