Raymond Isaman


DEATH TAKES RAY ISAMAN EARLY TUESDAY

Raymond Isaman, 83, a well-known general contractor of heating and ventilating, sheet metal and roofing, passed away Tuesday, October 8 [1974] at 2:30 a.m. at his Route 3, Wellston residence. Mr. Isaman was born in Ashland County, Ohio January 12, 1901, a son of he late George and Mary E. Moore Isaman. He was a member of Salem Church and Milton Grange. He is survived by his wife, Doris Shaver Isaman, and the following children: George Isaman of Columbus; Mrs. Mary E. Stivers of Coolville; Rev. Joe Midkiff of Boonville, Ind., Mrs. Virginia Graham of Huntington, W. Va., Mrs. Louise Gardner of Minerva. He also leaves one brother, William Isaman of Mansfield, a host of grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One sister and one brother preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Jenkins Chapel in Wellston, followed by burial in Salem Cemetery. Friends may call at the Jenkins funeral chapel after noon on Wednesday.
