Martha Hickman

Aged Woman Passes Away

Martha Hickman is Buried in County Saturday

Funeral services were held Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock in Pleasant Valley church for Mrs. Martha Hickman who died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Terry of Columbus. Burial was made in the Hickman cemetery. Mrs. Hickman, a daughter of Monroe and Sarah Leach was born in Jackson County, January 21, 1856. She was the widow of John Dye Hickman and is survived by her daughter with whom she made her home, a son, Jack, of Chillicothe, a brother, Charles Leach, of London, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
