Cash M. Hutchinson Dies In Hospital

Cash M. Hutchinson, 116 West Maple street, died last evening in the Graham hospital. He had been ill the past three years. Born Nov. 7, 1862 in Coalton, Ohio, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hutchinson, he was united in marriage April 13, 1918 in St. David to Rena Kirkpatrick. He lived in St. David several years before moving to Canton in 1935. One of a family of 14 children, he was a member of the St. David Methodist church, and of the United Mine Workers of America. Surviving are his widow, three children, Mrs. Flossie Grafton, Athens, Ohio, Mrs. Helen Nash, Canton, and Rodney Hutchinson, Canton; three step-children, Don and Willard Jump, Canton, and Raymond Jump, Dunfermline; one grandchild. two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Perry Hutchinson, Carson [sic: Parsons], Kan. Funeral services will be conducted at the Murphy Memorial home Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the Murphy Memorial home. [NB: Note: In Ohio, the family spelled their surname 'Hutchison' without an N in the middle.]
