Mayme Collins

Mayme Collins, 78, of Wells Manor Apt. 14, died at 2:10 a.m., Saturday [01 Feb 1975] at the Best Care Nursing Home in Wheelersburg after a short illness. She was born in Wellston, daughter of Cornelius and Mary Skiffington Coyle. She had spent her entire life in the area. She was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ted (Norma) Adams, of Wellston; a son, Jack Collins of Wellston; five grandchildren and two brothers, William of Wellston and Sylvester of Detroit, Mich. Her husband, John L., died in 1928. Two sisters and one brother preceded her in death. Funeral Mass was held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul Church by Rev. Father William DeVille. Burial followed in Ridgewood Cemetery.
