Fern Arthur Clark

Fern Arthur Clark, age 63, and a resident of 602 East 14th Street, Wellston, passed away Friday, September 23 at Holzer Medical Center. She had been a patient at Wellston Nursing Home for the past two years. She was born in Jackson County, the daughter of the late Fred and Jessie Patton Dickerson. She was a retired beautician. Preceded in death by her first husband, Don Arthur, and her second husband, Herman Clark, one daughter and one brother, survivors include the following: one daughter, Mrs. Jerry (Joy) Collins of Wellston; one son, John Arthur of Wellston; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Charles Dickerson of Columbus and Arnold Dickerson of Wellston. Funeral services were held Monday at 1 p.m. at the J. P. Rogers Funeral Home with Reverend A. B. Maloy officiating. Interment followed at Ridgewood Cemetery.
