Estella Naomi Collins

COLLINS FUNERAL HELD THURSDAY AT THE CHURCH

The funeral of Mrs. James Collins is being held this Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Nazarene church, with Rev. J. N. Lakin officiating. Burial will be in Ridgewood cemetery, directed by Simons Service. Mrs. Collins died at Holzer hospital Monday afternoon at the age of 64. Her maiden name was Estella Naomi Toland, and she was the daughter of Thomas and Susan (Bennett) Toland. She was born in Scioto county Jan. 13, 1894. Her home was on south Rhode Island ave., the farthest east street of this city. There she leaves her husband, with six married daughters and a son: Mrs. Catherine Partlow, Mrs. Virginia Downard, Mrs. Robin Wiseman and Jerry Collins, all of Wellston, and Mrs. Marcena Spratt, Toledo, and Mrs. Betty Angel, Columbus. There are 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One daughter is deceased. One sister survives Mrs. Collins, Mrs. Mae Tolbert, Portsmouth. Mrs. Collins was a member of the Nazarene church.
