Don. E. Bartoe

Don E. Bartoe, 96, of 410 So. New York Ave., Wellston, died Friday at his residence. Born in Hocking Co., he was the son of the late David and Ruth Ann Palmer Bartoe. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. He was a coal miner and worked many years at the McNally Pittsburg plant. He is survived by a son, Bill of Wellston and a daughter, Nellie Pittenger of Wellston and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Ann Hayburn; three brothers and two sisters. Services were Monday at the James N. Blower Funeral Home with the Rev. A. B. Maloy officiating. Burial was in Ridgewood Cemetery.
