William Kenneth Arthur

William Kenneth Arthur, 88, of East 14th Street, Wellston, died Saturday, May 15, 1999, at his residence. Born January 30, 1911, in Rocky Hill, Ohio, he was the son of the late William and Catherine Davis Arthur. Mr. Arthur was a retired teamster having been an independent truck driver for Grant Trucking. He was also a former employee of Ohio Fuel and a line foreman for Curtiss Wright Company. He attended Wills Chapel Church. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Forest Lorraine Shook Arthur; a daughter and son-in-law, Donna Lou and Tom Matteson; a son and daughter-in-law, Larry Kenneth and Jayne Arthur, all of Wellston; grandchildren, Daniel Eugene and Rebecca Walton of Hamden, Diana Jane and Charles Petrie of Newark, Ohio, Leah Lorraine and Adam Massie of Wellston, Larry Kenneth and Julie Arthur of Londonderry, and Jaime Robert and Kimberly Arthur of Wellston; great-grandchildren, Joel, Jade, and James Walton, Krysta and Alexa Petrie, Tyler, Noah, and Lauren Massie and Hannah Arthur; three brothers, Eldre [obit truncated].
