Silas Arthur

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP FARMER IS CLAIMED

Funeral services for Silas Arthur, 80, Bloomfield township farmer who died Tuesday morning at 11 O'Clock, at his home south of Winchester, in the Dixon Run neighborhood, were held Thursday afternoon at the Charles L. Wood funeral home, the Rev. W. B. Taylor officiating. Mr. Arthur, a widely known resident of this county for many years, passed away following an extended illness of complications. Surviving are four children, William and John, both of Wellston; Mrs. Maude Young, of Akron; and Virgil, at home. Burial was made in the Keystone cemetery under the direction of Mr. Wood.
