Kathleen (Rankin) Altherr

Kathleen (Rankin) Altherr, age 39, of 69 Center Street of Glen Roy, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2004, at the OSU Medical Center in Columbus. She was born to the late Ramon Russell and Winifred (Halterman) Rankin, June 15, 1964 in Passaic, New Jersey. Surviving are mother; Winifred (Halterman) Rankin; two brothers, Robert (Rita) Feltner, New Jersey, and Russell (Rita) Rankin, Jackson; sister, Patricia Rankin of Wellston; three half-sisters, Dana Boggs, Jackson, Cathy Bell Allen, Florida, and Karen Humphries, Chillicothe; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. The family would also like to mention special friends, Ida Kearns and Carl Ross. Kathleen was preceded in death by her father, Ramon Russell Rankin; grandparents. Russell and Zelma (Barnett) Rankin; one brother, Richard Feltner; one sister, Ramona Hill; and a nephew, Jerry Dean Hill. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at the Eisnaugle-Lewis Funeral Home with the Rev. H. Frank Doenges officiating with burial to follow at the Glen Roy Cemetery. Friends called from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 5, at the Eisnaugle-Lewis Funeral Home.
