Phillips Elected Director of Bakers Assn.
Newell B. Phillips, owner of the Wellston Baking Co, was elected a director of the recently organized Tri-State Bakers Association at the Portsmouth meeting April 17. Jake Prau of Portsmouth is president, Roy Blackburn of Manchester vice-president, and Howard Juett of Portsmouth secretary. Bakers of southeastern Ohio, eastern Kentucky and western Virginia are included.
